Shipping Information

I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier. My paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Once you have updated your address in the checkout process, your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location.

I have four categories for average shipping prices depending on weight rages as followed:

·      DHL (World) 400.-sKr and upwards (depending on weight rages)

·      DHL Europe 350.-sKr and upwards (depending on weight rages)

·      DHL domestic (Sweden) 200.-sKr and upwards (depending on weight rages)

·      DHL (Scandinavia) 250.-sKr and upwards (depending on weight rages)

Framing

All my paintings are framed with white wooden lath as shown in the web shop.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your framed artwork so if you would like a customised frame outside of the options provided, please let me know. Please allow up to 4 weeks for framing. Your order will arrive with a hanging string across the back, ready to be hung. Please note, all of my paintings are hand-signed the artist, this is on the back of the canvas and not visible when framed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt if you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Please contact me on mailto:info@lucasnagel.art if you wish to process a return. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
